easily locate the correct person and transfer the call to

Call Screening System feature actually rings your phone and
announces your caller (i.e., You have a call from “Susan”
– Press 1 to answer this call now or Press 2 to send
Susan’s call to your voice mailbox – where you
can listen to her message in email). At your direction, Susan’s
call can be accepted by you and you can talk real time! You
can also transfer live calls between the system’s extensions

directly to your e-mail too!
